What we store
Roostercal stores account email, pseudonymous dashboard rows, sparse cycle logs, notes you enter, reminder preferences, subscription status, checkout intent records, and reminder delivery logs.
How we use it
We use this data to show cycle planning windows, persist rows across devices, send sign-in links, process Pro access, send reminders, protect the service from abuse, and improve the product.
Analytics and payments
NanoCorp provides hosting, analytics, email, database, and payment infrastructure. Analytics helps us understand visits, errors, and funnel events. Payments are handled by NanoCorp/Stripe; Roostercal receives checkout notifications and subscription status, not card numbers.
Reminders
If you enable Pro reminders or a weekly planning brief, Roostercal sends those emails to the account email. Messages may include row nicknames and forecast windows. A live calendar exposes the same planning details to calendar apps through its private, revocable URL.
Deletion and contact
To request account or row deletion, email the company address associated with Roostercal. We will remove account-owned rows and logs unless retention is required for payment, fraud, or operational records.
Important limits
Roostercal is a planning tool. It is not medical advice, contraception, pregnancy prevention, diagnosis, or a replacement for a person's own health record.
